Picnic Packages & Themes

Picnic packages:

Basic Package: Our low picnic table(s), picnic blankets, pillows, table decor (vases, dried/silk florals, taper candles, linen runner and napkins, wooden beads), table settings (plates, gold flatware, your choice of gold or hyacinth chargers, glasses, wood napkin rings), and table games. A bar cart with ice bucket, personalized message board, and bluetooth speaker are also included. (No food or drinks provided, but feel free to bring your own or have the picnic catered.)

This package starts at $125 for 2-6 people for 2 hours ($50/ hour for additional time). Each additional person is $15 up to 20 people. Please contact us for groups 20+.

Classic Package: Our low picnic table(s), picnic blankets, pillows, table decor (vases, dried/silk florals, taper candles, linen runner and napkins, wooden beads), hanging centerpiece with acrylic globes, candles, and greenery, table settings (plates, gold flatware, your choice of gold or hyacinth chargers, glasses, wood napkin rings), an umbrella for shade if needed at location, and table games (Jumbo Jenga, Connect Four, and Tic-Tac-Toe). A bar cart with charcuterie, ice bucket, water, a personalized message board, and bluetooth speaker are also included.

This package starts at $199 for 2-4 people for 2 hours ($50/ hour for additional time). Each additional person is $25 up to 20 people (additional charcuterie is included in that price). Please contact us for groups 20+.

DIY Pick-up Picnic Package: Create your own magical outdoor dining experience with our DIY pickup picnic package! With a smaller, easily transportable table, simple decor, and a picnic basket packed with the essentials, you can enjoy a hassle-free setup and a delightful meal in the setting of your choice. We will meet you at a convenient location at an agreed upon time and then meet up after to collect all your items to make things as simple as possible for you. Perfect for spontaneous outings, romantic dates, or casual get-togethers. Elevate your picnic game with our convenient DIY pickup picnic package.

Includes: Our small picnic table, picnic blanket, linen runner, vase with silk flowers, tea lights and holders, table settings (plates, gold flatware, glasses, wood napkin rings), and table game. A personalized message board, charcuterie, and water are also included!

This package starts at $99 for 2 people for 2 hours. Each additional person is $15.

A balloon arch, backdrop (flower/boxwood wall or shimmer wall), and photobooth props are included in each party package.

This package starts at $450 for 2-6 people for 2 hours ($50/ hour for additional time). Each additional person is $15 up to 20 people. Please contact us for groups 20+.

Deluxe Party Package: Our low picnic table(s), picnic blankets, pillows, table decor (vases, dried/silk florals, taper candles, linen runner and napkins, wooden beads), hanging centerpiece with acrylic globes, candles, and greenery, table settings (plates, gold flatware, your choice of gold or hyacinth chargers, glasses, wood napkin rings), an umbrella (or two) for shade if needed at location, and table games (Jumbo Jenga, Connect Four, and Tic-Tac-Toe).

A bar cart with charcuterie, ice bucket and sparkling water, personalized message board, and bluetooth speaker are also included.

This package starts at $500 for 2 people for 2 hours ($50/ hour for additional time). Each additional person is $15 up to 20 people. For groups larger than 2, we will provide a quote from our vendor for charcuterie which will be added to the base price. Please contact us for groups 20+.

*** We do not provide alcohol as it is not allowed in public spaces like parks, etc but feel free to BYOB at locations where alcohol is permitted.***

Let us take care of every detail so you can sit back, relax, and watch the little ones have a wonderful time in a picture-perfect setting.

Choose the perfect location for your picnic

When selecting the ideal location for your luxury picnic, consider breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and convenient access. Whether you opt for a picturesque park, a sandy beach, the venue of your dreams, or even your own backyard, the perfect setting will enhance the experience and create lasting memories for you and your guests. Remember to check for any permit requirements or restrictions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable picnic experience (this is the renter’s responsibility). Your backyard is usually easiest and will provide the most privacy, but we know that's not always an option so here are a few local park suggestions: Que Family Rec Area, Ligonier Diamond park (small, intimate picnics only; must ensure there is no event going on), Mellon Park, Friendship Park, Rector Park, and Orenda Park (Boswell).

If the picnic will be set up inside, please provide us with a photo of the space and the dimensions ahead of time. If you choose a local park or other outdoor location, be sure that is easily accessible. The picnics require many items so the location must be close to the road/parking lot and not involve multiple flights of stairs etc.

** We do ask that you have a rain back up plan, such as an inside location or covered tent ready to go or we will need to reschedule if there is rain in the forecast.**
